ETAD is a project funded by Erasmus plus program (KA2) that works to develop the competencies and knowledge of staff involved in training the low skilled adults through an innovative training methodology. ETAD works to: – Extend the services provided by the partners to the beneficiaries through integrating one innovative training for trainers that work with low skilled adults, tested and validated in real training context, and a work procedure in training the trainers – Contribute to the common development of competencies and knowledge of staff involved in training the low skilled adults through exchange of good practice and innovation – Contribute to the internationalization of activities of all partners, operationalized through the development of our staff skills of international cooperation
